Antonio Seguí has created a language of his own that expresses a way of being and a way of thinking. He has invented an urban universe that accommodates every purpose and nonsense of his creative imagination. He is a draftsman, a painter, an engraver, an illustrator of beautiful books and a sculptor of a world that he has slowly created.
He tackles it by experimenting and through the autonomy of his unique language. This universe of figures, forms and colors has included various points of reference— some of which he committed to memory, but others that include sensations or situations of interest to him about his everyday life which he sometimes uses in his backgrounds.
Seguí lives the eternal duality of the artist who faces two worlds: the external and the internal.
